Clos Siguier
Family estate since 1779, with a vaulted cellar and a dovecote. Malbec, AOP Cahors. Tastings all year round, and sold at the Montcuq market on Sunday mornings.
Domaine du Foussal Bas
8.5 hectares on the plateau, red clay soils. Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, under the AOP Coteaux du Quercy and IGP Côtes du Lot. Tastings and cellar visits.
Château du Cèdre
Organic estate. Guided tours of the vineyard and tastings, by reservation.
Château Les Croisille
Family estate of 35 hectares, organic and biodynamic. Guided tours, in English by appointment.
Montcuq craft brewery
Founded in 2015, this is the brewery of the Rapiette, the beer of Montcuq. Enjoy it on a terrace in the village.
Café de France
The village's former hotel since 1800, now a brasserie with a large shaded terrace under a hundred-year-old chestnut tree. Regional cuisine, Thai and vegetarian dishes. French, Dutch and English are spoken.
Vins et Saveurs
Wine bar and shop for local products, rue La Promenade. Charcuterie, cheeses, salads and tapas, with wines by the glass or the bottle. Most Cahors wines are available, at prices close to those at the wineries. Lunch and dinner are served.
Le Couvent
Bar on the Place du Mercadiel, with a panoramic view over the Lot valley. Homemade tapas and local dishes, concerts and exhibitions. Open from June to December.

The château's restaurant, in the heart of the Cahors vineyard.
Le Bistrot des Halles
Bistro cooking prepared with produce from the Cahors market, and natural wines. In Les Halles, Place Saint-Maurice.

Montcuq market
Sunday market all year round, ranked among the 100 most beautiful markets in France. From 8 am to 1 pm in summer, 8.30 am to 12.30 pm in winter.
Local producers' market
On Thursday mornings in July and August, along the Promenade, from 8 am to 12 pm.
Prayssac market
Every Friday morning from 8 am to 12 pm, around the church, on the boulevard de la Paix and place de la Liberté. About 130 stalls in summer, 70 in winter.
